The Stahlin PolyStar series NEMA 4X polycarbonate enclosures can withstand rain, snow, splashing and hose-directed water, while providing impact and flame protection.
The enclosures are available in five standard sizes: 200 x 150 x 100, 250 x 200 x 100, 300 x 250 x 150, 350 x 300 x 150 and 400 x 350 x 200 mm. The latches and hinges do not penetrate the enclosure and the lid is easy to remove. They have inserts, integrated lock hasp, flush-fit side-mount swing panel and DIN rail system and moulded-in bosses. With multi-directional mounting feet, the enclosures are Type 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and IEC 66 rated and UL/cUL approved.
The side-mount solution increases usable space and provides more mounting options, and the aluminium slot nuts have variable mounting heights and 10/32 machine screw.
The sub-panel mounting benefits include: variable height mounting; swings open from any side; panel locks into open position; and mounting holes.
Suitable for outdoor and indoor applications, the enclosures have resistance to environmental exposure from -29 to +115°C.
